A ninja - also referred to as a shinobi (kunoichi to refer to female shinobi) - is one who practices the martial art of ninjutsu, which espouses espionage, infiltration, and guerrilla warfare over open combat and military movements of the samurai.
There are many clans who practice and propagate the art of ninjutsu, one of which is the Hisomu Clan.
